About Future Healthy

Who:

  • Led by VicHealth, but inspired by, shaped by and shared by the people of Victoria.

  • For young people aged 0-25 years in Victoria and their communities.

What: From Minecraft missions and arts events to grassroots sports and local food traineeships, Future Healthy is made up of many projects that work with young people and their communities to promote social connection, physical activity and access to healthy food.

When: Launched September 2021, with a $45 million investment over 3 years.

Where: Across Victoria

Why: Evidence shows Victorians aged 0-25 years have been greatly impacted by events in recent years, and young people have told us exactly what they need to make happier, healthier living a reality.
