Veggies - get the kids involved in lunch box prep

    [VicHealth CEO, Dr Sandro, begins]

Today we're going to prepare some healthy tasty and colorful lunch boxes for work or for school.

Getting kids involved in creating their own lunch and chopping up veggies like this is really important.

Not only does it mean that they learn to be more about their vegetables but also they're much more likely to enjoy them once I get to school.

I'm off to work you off to school?

    [Child replies]

    Yeah.

    [Sandro continues]

Let's do it! We're gonna end up with none left for work or school you know that don't you?

    [Child replies]

    Yeah.

    [Sound of a carrot crunching]
